Owner Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.1. Provision of berths (fee payable until cancellation of booking to be agreed with the Harbour Master).<br \/>\n1.2 Car parking (until cancellation of booking)<br \/>\n1.3 Use of ramp (a fee is charged, to be arranged with the harbour master)<br \/>\n1.4 Electricity for charging batteries.<br \/>\n1.5 Provision of toilets, bathing facilities etc. and a clean and cultivated environment in the Albatros marina area.<br \/>\n1.6 Permanent guarding of the facility.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Mooring shall be agreed between the parties.<br \/>\nIn the event of any change in the craft or its details, the Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor of such change. Berths may not be transferred to a third party.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> The storage fee shall be paid in a single lump sum, according to the price list in force at the harbour master&#8217;s office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> The lessor operates the marina 24 hours a day under constant supervision and is responsible only for careful and continuous supervision. The lessor is not liable for damage caused by a third party, but will notify the client immediately in the event of such an incident.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> Guests are not allowed to carry out commercial activities in the port area.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> Guests must secure their boat with adequate ropes and a sufficient number of balloons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> In the harbour, you should only sail at low speed, without causing waves.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.<\/strong> In general, at all times, but between 22.00 and 08.00, any disturbance of the public peace must be avoided (engine running, loud radio, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.<\/strong> No sewage, rubbish or oily water may be discharged into the harbour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.<\/strong> Vessel repair work may only be carried out on a limited scale, in a way that does not pollute or disturb the environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11.<\/strong> Dogs may only be brought into the marina area on a leash, without disturbing or endangering other guests.Any cleaning that may be required is the responsibility of the owner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12.<\/strong> Fishing in the marina area is allowed only with the permission of the marina captain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13.<\/strong> The parties will settle amicably any disputes arising from this contract, and in case of dispute the Municipal Court of Tiszaf\u00fcred will have exclusive jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/section>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General contractual conditions 1.
