PRIVACY POLICY

Popi Spinning Ltd (the Service Provider) processes the data of visitors to the website www.popispinning.eu (Website).
In connection with data processing, the Service Provider hereby informs data subjects about the personal data processed by the Service Provider on the Website, the principles and practices followed in the processing of personal data, as well as the ways and means of exercising the rights of data subjects.
By using the Website, the data subject accepts the Privacy Notice and consents to the processing of personal data as set out below.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The Service Provider stores and processes the data provided by the Data Subject for the purpose of fulfilling the order, enabling invoicing, recording reservations, handling complaints, maintaining contact and further proving the terms of the concluded contract.

Automatically recorded data are used for statistical purposes and for the technical development of the IT system.

The service provider will not or may not use the personal data provided for purposes other than those specified above. Disclosure of personal data to third parties or public authorities, unless otherwise provided by law, is possible with the prior express consent of the data subject.

In all cases where the Service Provider intends to use the data provided for purposes other than those for which they were originally collected, the Data Subject shall be informed to this effect and shall obtain his/her prior explicit consent or shall be given the opportunity to prohibit such use.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The processing of personal data is based on the voluntary and duly informed declaration of the website users, which contains the express consent of the data subject to the use of his/her personal data provided during the use of the website.

The processing of data by the Service Provider is carried out on the basis of the voluntary consent of the Data Subject in accordance with Article 5(1)(a) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Information Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as “Info.tv.”) and on the basis of Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Aspects of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services.

The service provider does not verify the personal data provided to it or their authenticity. Only the person providing the data, the data subject, the Contractor is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. By providing an e-mail address, any Data Subject is also responsible for being the only person using the service from the e-mail address provided. With regard to this assumption of responsibility, any liability in connection with accesses and orders made from a given e-mail address shall be borne solely by the Data Subject who registered the e-mail address.

The processing of personal data provided when contacting us starts with the sending of the message. The personal data provided can be deleted at any time after sending the deletion request. The service provider will delete the personal data within 5 working days after receiving the request.

USE OF E-MAIL ADDRESSES

The Service Provider pays particular attention to the legality of the use of the e-mail addresses it manages and therefore only uses them for sending e-mails (offer or reply messages) as specified below.

E-mail addresses are primarily used to identify and maintain contact with the data subject in the course of fulfilling orders and using the services, and are therefore sent primarily for this purpose.

The Service Provider undertakes to ensure the security of the data, to take technical measures to ensure that the data collected, stored and processed are protected and to take all necessary steps to prevent their destruction, unauthorised use or unauthorised modification. It also undertakes to require any third party to whom it may transfer or disclose data to fulfil its obligations in this regard.
