Our houses

Accommodation is available between 14.00-18.00 on the day of arrival and until 11.00 on the day of departure.
The guest house is available for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Please let us know if you are expecting a guest in the guest house.
Pets are allowed.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage or misuse of the guest house.
The host is not responsible for valuables brought into or left in the guest house during the stay.
Guests always take clean houses. They are responsible for keeping the house clean during their stay. All necessary facilities are provided in the houses. If you need to replace bed linen, toilet paper, etc., please contact the owner. On request, cleaning is provided free of charge. You can also make this request to the owner!
The host is not responsible for material damage resulting from improper use of the accommodation.
It is forbidden to pitch tents, children’s pools or use barbecues on the grassy area next to the guest houses or in the parking lots.
Do not leave small children unattended near water!
It is possible to park near the guest house.
If you are coming to our guesthouse with a boat, please let us know in advance, launching on the water has to be paid at the harbour reception.
There is a fee for parking our guests’ boat, which is payable at the harbour reception.
We are not responsible for the guests’ boat or the belongings on it.
The guest is obliged to secure their boat safely with suitable ropes and a sufficient number of balloons.
Only low speed traffic is allowed in the marina without causing waves. In general, between the hours of 22.00 and 08.00, any disturbance of the peace (engine running, loud radio, etc.) must be avoided.
Dogs must be kept on a lead and must not disturb or endanger other guests. The owner is responsible for any cleaning carried out after the animal.
Fishing in the harbour area is only allowed with the permission of the harbour master.
