Refund and Returns Policy

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival. In this case, the deposit will be refunded or can be used on another date.

If the cancellation is made within the 14 days mentioned above, we will be able to refund the amount paid if the booked date is sold out.

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the full amount paid will be charged as penalty.

Tourist tax is included in the price and is 500 HUF/person/night (payable over 18 years old).
