General contractual conditions

1. Owner Services:

1.1. Provision of berths (fee payable until cancellation of booking to be agreed with the Harbour Master).
1.2 Car parking (until cancellation of booking)
1.3 Use of ramp (a fee is charged, to be arranged with the harbour master)
1.4 Electricity for charging batteries.
1.5 Provision of toilets, bathing facilities etc. and a clean and cultivated environment in the Albatros marina area.
1.6 Permanent guarding of the facility.

2. Mooring shall be agreed between the parties.
In the event of any change in the craft or its details, the Lessee shall immediately notify the Lessor of such change. Berths may not be transferred to a third party.

3. The storage fee shall be paid in a single lump sum, according to the price list in force at the harbour master’s office.

4. The lessor operates the marina 24 hours a day under constant supervision and is responsible only for careful and continuous supervision. The lessor is not liable for damage caused by a third party, but will notify the client immediately in the event of such an incident.

5. Guests are not allowed to carry out commercial activities in the port area.

6. Guests must secure their boat with adequate ropes and a sufficient number of balloons.

7. In the harbour, you should only sail at low speed, without causing waves.

8. In general, at all times, but between 22.00 and 08.00, any disturbance of the public peace must be avoided (engine running, loud radio, etc.).

9. No sewage, rubbish or oily water may be discharged into the harbour.

10. Vessel repair work may only be carried out on a limited scale, in a way that does not pollute or disturb the environment.

11. Dogs may only be brought into the marina area on a leash, without disturbing or endangering other guests.Any cleaning that may be required is the responsibility of the owner.

12. Fishing in the marina area is allowed only with the permission of the marina captain.

13. The parties will settle amicably any disputes arising from this contract, and in case of dispute the Municipal Court of Tiszafüred will have exclusive jurisdiction.
