Accomodation policy

Pre-booking: a pre-booking is made when the accommodation accepts and confirms the guest’s order electronically.

The total amount is payable by bank transfer or cash at the time of booking. Prices are expressed in Hungarian forints (HUF).

Changes of dates are accepted only with written consent.

Cancellation conditions: Cancellation or modification of an order is only possible with 14 days notice before arrival. We will refund the amount paid within 14 days if the booked date has been sold out. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, the full amount paid will be charged as penalty. In case of a ‘no-show’ without cancellation, the service will be considered as used and the service charge will not be refundable.

Cancellation by the service provider: If the guest has not yet paid the deposit or has not paid the deposit by the due date, the service provider may cancel the reservation. If the Guest does not arrive by 20:00 on the agreed arrival date, the accommodation provider will no longer be obliged to accommodate the Guest, unless a later arrival date has been agreed in writing and agreed in advance.

Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and can be discussed with the owner.

In case of departure earlier than the confirmed departure date, accommodation will not be refunded.

Extension of stay: The prior consent of the Service Provider is required for the extension of the use of accommodation initiated by the Guest, and it is possible upon payment of the full fee for the additional service.

Conditions of bookings sold by contracted partners (intermediaries): The accommodation will not be liable for any damages or omissions resulting from any misinformation or discrepancies.

Found objects: If requested in writing, these will be returned against a postal charge (with postage).
